FLAT
FEE STRUCTURE:
With
the New Flat Fee Structure, TetraBrazil will provide One Professional
Brazilian Soccer Coach and One Brazilian Assistant Coach that can
coach up to 25 players and charge the club or league a flat fee of
$3,000,00 per set of coaches.
Flat
Fee: $3,000 for
up to 25 participants
(average of $120 Per Player)
Example
of fundraising opportunity: Club
charges $200.00 per player for a full-day camp and raises $2,000.00
for the league.

Flexibility
to determine your own fee structure while continuing to receive
support from TetraBrazil with advertising, recruiting, registration.
In this option, club or league will be responsible of recruiting and
registering all campers.

Provide one Professional Coach and one

Provide publicity materials to organization for
distribution and provide online registration if needed

3 hour coaches clinic for community

Provide equipment for soccer camps and clinics

TetraBrazil staff will provide and implement daily
schedule of activities

Transportation to local area provided by
TetraBrazil. All
international transportation and domestic transportation to
local community is paid by TetraBrazil

Provide proof that coaches have been fingerprinted
and fingerprints have been submitted for a criminal background
check as required by law; provide proof of legal USA work status.

Provide organization with invoice for services
Responsibilities of Organization
-
Provide Facilities with lined soccer fields and
goals; indoor facilities may be needed for full-day camps

Provide all registration
-
Determine price for program per player
-
Register students and collect payment
-
Provide student Roster for Coaches which includes
name of participant, birth date and age, address, parent or guardian
name, daytime
phone number, home phone number, email address,
insurance information and t-shirt size.

Monitor student enrollment and communicate information
to TetraBrazil weekly, continuing through the season

Online Registration through TetraBrazil available

Transportation to and from airport or bus station
when coaches arrive and leave
location. All local
transportation costs are paid by your organization.

Insurance and Medical

Insurance coverage for camp participants

Insurance may be purchased from Tetrabrazil for $10.00
per player

Host Family Program
-
Provide host families for coaches running the
program. Two coaches
for each host family.

Host
families provide transportation to and from camp or clinic
