Program goals:

To Educate the North American Soccer community about the Brazilian Philosophy and its different concepts and methodologies;

Offer to the participants a unique opportunity to meet the top youth and professional coaches in Brazil in a field or classroom session where they will be able to share ideas and experiences;

Emphasize ways to develop the tactical, technical, physical and psychological aspects of the game related to the Brazilian philosophy, from youth to professional level;

Watch, analyze, and discuss the practices of each youth team with their head coach. Help the participants to get a full idea of how a professional club in Brazil is organized and run.
