SOCCER CAMP POLICIES:

A.  GENERAL:

1. Registrations must be accompanied by full tuition at time of registration.

A.  DISCOUNTS:

Note: Camp Discounts do NOT apply to all camps. Please check schedule for each camp for discount listing.

1. Early Registration discount:  $10.00 per player for registration before April 30, 2008, if applies
2. Sibling discount: $5.00 per additional family member after first family member pays full price, if applies
3. Team discount:  $20.00 per team member for a minimum of 12 players per team. Coach must contact TetraBrazil before players receive discount. Player must register with team name to receive discount. (No other discounts apply)
4. League or Club discount:  $10.00 per league member (Early registration discount does not apply). Player must register with league name. .arrangement must be made with league before registration begins

B.  CANCELLATIONS/REFUNDS:

1. Walk-In late registration fee: $10.00
2. Pro-Rated Camp price: $45.00 per day
3. Cancellation Policy: Once registered, refund subject to 20% cancellation fee no matter the reason for cancellation.  
4. If TetraBrazil cancels a scheduled camp, all registered participants will be refunded the total amount paid. 
5. If participant is injured during camp and cannot continue, participant will receive a refund of the total amount paid less the price for the number of days of participation. 
6. If camp needs to be cancelled due to weather conditions, TetraBrazil will not be responsible for refund.
